About Oscar Romano

Executive Leadership Coach & Founder

Oscar is an Executive Leadership Coach and Founder of Romano Leadership. He is a proud Latino who has led hundreds of people over 12+ years as a teacher-leader, administrator, charter school principal, and Ed-tech startup entrepreneur.

He is a Salvadoran American and Teach for America Alum with an MS in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins and a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University. He holds three Diversity and Inclusion Certifications, with two from Stanford Business School and ESSEC Business School in Paris.
